Partner and Urban Designer Chris Bath has led on many significant projects, including new build residential developments, regeneration schemes and mixed-use masterplanning projects. With placemaking at the heart of his work, he has been responsible for leading BPTW’s successful expansion in Kent with award-winning projects like Rochester Riverside, a 1400-home, mixed-use regeneration scheme in Medway created with locally inspired architecture and an extensive public realm.
