Medway Covid 19 stories

We Are Medway CIC has a project which we need your help.

We, at We Are Medway CIC, feel that Medway civic pride should be encapsulated so that we never forget how Medway’s public resilience and sense of community were heighten during the last few months.

We would like to thank Medway for their tremendous generosity, effort and act of kindness from residents to businesses alike.

We would like the footage/images to be raw and real using existing footage from residents, voluntary groups and businesses edited in a way that show how Medway dealt with the situation.

The video will be shared on social media and perhaps TV once we are on the other side of this pandemic as a way to thank not only the NHS, frontline services and key workers but THE WHOLE OF MEDWAY.

If you had any Medway footage you would be willing us to use (with credits of course). It can be short videos or images

We are looking for footage of:

–          School Meals delivery service to our communities

–          Volunteers that have gone the extra mile in looking after their community

–          Groups that have held virtual community groups to support their members

–          Social distancing events to support loneliness and isolation

–          Clap for carers Thursday

–          Local virtual exercise classes

–          Virtual PE lessons

–          Drawings from children
