Each year over 6000 people study with MidKent College and leave with the skills and knowledge they need to be an active part of the community and increase their contribution to the success of local businesses.
Operating from campuses in Medway and Maidstone, the College offers young people the option to continue their post-16 education by preparing for work in what Ofsted inspectors described as a “student-centred” establishment and recognised as ‘Good’ in its latest inspection report.
Similarly, for adults they offer the opportunity to re-train, gain qualifications to progress in their careers, or a route to university level study.
They are passionate about helping all of their students progress, whether that’s into employment or higher levels of study. They do that by helping them develop the very best skills alongside personal attributes that will help them shine as stand-out candidates for work or a university place.
Their talented, inspirational teaching team has significant experience working in industry in the subject areas they teach, helping to bring their subject to life through real-life case studies and examples of theory put into practice. Their in-depth knowledge is key to helping their students prepare for work, and they are full of enthusiasm to pass on their skills and provide students with the same fantastic opportunities that benefited them earlier in their careers.
MidKent College encourage and challenge students to achieve their full potential.
We’ve made significant investments in our campuses to ensure our students have the most inspirational and high-quality spaces to learn in, and benefit from training with the industry-standard equipment and tools that they will use in the workplace.
We offer opportunities to come and visit our campuses, either through open events, or tours. Please visit www.midkent.ac.uk for further information.
