Operating from campuses in Medway and Maidstone, the College offers young people the option to continue their post-16 education by preparing for work in what Ofsted inspectors described as a “student-centred” establishment and recognised as ‘Good’ in its latest inspection report.
Similarly, for adults they offer the opportunity to re-train, gain qualifications to progress in their careers, or a route to university level study.

Supporting over 800 apprentices with training in the workplace each year, MidKent College is one of the largest apprenticeship training providers serving Medway and Maidstone.
We offer intermediate, advanced and higher apprenticeships to support students who want to earn while they learn, and employers who want to benefit from increased skill levels in their workforce.
With a comprehensive package of support available for both apprentices and their employers, our apprenticeships team assists with recruitment services and candidate screening, advice and guidance, dedicated teaching and support staff, workplace visits and on-the-job assessment, and an online reporting system that ensure everyone is working together to achieve the shared goal of helping the apprentice succeed and the business grow.
